Trading Update and Relocation of UK operations

The Board of Thalassa is pleased to announce that it expects to release interim results for the first six months to 30 June 2014 during early September 2014.

Thalassa has experienced good trading in the year to date and continues to experience healthy levels of order enquiry. Accordingly the Board remains confident that Thalassa will deliver another satisfactory performance for the year ending 31 December 2014.

The Board is also delighted to announce that it intends to lease new Group headquarters near Warminster, Wiltshire. All of Thalassa's UK operations are proposed to be located at a campus being established at Eastleigh Court.

Duncan Soukup, Chairman of Thalassa said: "We continue to be encouraged by the level of order enquiries that we are experiencing for our disruptive PMSS™ technology.

The new campus has been chosen after an extensive search throughout the South West of England. We believe that the location and proximity to major transportation hubs will be key to attracting new staff and to maintaining the Company's growth over the coming years."
