The Company received on 28 November 2013 a notification from Mr Lal Tolani that, over the period from 26 September to 28 November 2013, Mr Tolani's holding in the Company has reduced from 1,330,000 shares (5.55%) to 680,000 shares (2.84%).

The corporate strategy for the Group is "Exploration and Beyond". The PMSS™ generates a seismic source for use in seismic acquisition in petroleum exploration and production. The equipment is temporarily installed on the back of a platform supply vessel for the purposes of acquiring data.
