A group of members has requisitioned the circulation of a resolution under the provisions of Section 338 of the Companies Act 2006.  The resolution will be proposed as a special resolution at the AGM.  

A circular will be posted on 19 June 2008 to shareholders containing the resolution, the supporting statement supplied by the requisitionists and the Board's reasons for recommending that shareholders vote against the resolution.
