DIRECTORS DEALINGS
The Company was notified on 15 May 2000 that T.J.R.
Mason, Director, sold 2,322 Ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company at 218p per share on 02 May 2000. On the same
day Mr Mason purchased 2,270 Ordinary shares of 5p each
in the Company at 219p per share.
