Director Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Byron Grote, Non-executive Director of the Company, has transferred 70,000 American Depositary Receipts in the Company ("ADRs") which were previously held on his behalf in the Depository Trust Company into a registered holding in his own name. 

The ADRs will be held in the Deutsche Bank Global Direct Investor Services Program.  One ADR is equivalent to three Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
