Tertiary Minerals has today been informed that RAB Capital plc, acting as
investment manager, disposed of 350,000 shares in Tertiary Minerals on 23
February 2004 and a further 60,000 shares on 25 February 2004. Consequently, the
shareholding of Morstan Nominees Limited is now 3,240,000 shares, representing
approximately 8.0% of the issued share capital of Tertiary Minerals.
