The Company was advised on 9 May 2003 that City Equities bought 1,500,000
ordinary shares of the Company in the recent placing, acquiring approximately
4.75 per cent of the Company's issued share capital on 8 May 2003. The Company
was also advised on 9 May 2003 that City Equities had sold all of these shares
to certain of its private customers and so no longer has an interest in the
share capital of the Company.
