                   Holding in Company and Additional Listing

The Company has today been advised that Mrs Carol Rowan disposed of 200,000
ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 2 April 2002 and 20,000
Ordinary Shares on 5 April 2002. This reduces her holding to 3,354,449 Ordinary
Shares or 13.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.


Application has today been made for the admission of 62,500 Ordinary Shares to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. These
Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 37,500 warrants at
12p per share and 25,000 warrants at 8p per share, and will rank pari passu with
the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. Dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are
expected to commence on 19 March 2002.
