On 6 September 2000, the Company received notification
that Everett Financial Management Limited sold 953,000
ordinary shares representing 4.54 % of the issued share
capital of the Company to its clients on 6 September
2000, leaving Everett Financial Management Limited with
no holding of ordinary shares in the Company.
