                     ('the Company')
                            
On 11 September 2000, the Company received notification
of the following material interests in the Company:

a)   On 1 September 2000, Everett Financial Management
  Limited ('EFML') purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares in
  the Company, representing 9.53% of the issued share
  capital of the Company;
b)   On 1 September 2000, EFML sold 1,134,000 ordinary
  shares, leaving a balance of 866,000 ordinary shares,
  representing 4.13% of the issued share capital of the
  Company;
c)   On 4 September,  EFML purchased 1,755,000 ordinary
  shares in the Company, representing 8.37% of the issued
  share capital of the Company, leaving a balance of
  2,621,000 ordinary shares, representing 12.5% of the
  issued share capital of the Company;
d)   On 4 September 2000, EFML sold 538,500 ordinary
  shares, leaving a balance of 2,082,500 ordinary shares,
  representing 9.93% of the issued share capital of the
  Company;
e)   On 5 September 2000, Everett Financial Management
  Limited sold 1,129,500 ordinary shares to its clients,
  leaving Everett Financial Management Limited with a
  balance of 953,000 ordinary shares, representing 4.54% of
  the issued share capital of the Company.
