                             Director Shareholding

The Company announces that it was notified on 26 July 2005 that one of its
directors, Mr Patrick Cheetham has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at 5p per
share. Mr Cheetham is now interested in 5,787,250 shares representing
approximately 12.47 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The company was also notified that Donald McAlister, a Director of the Company
has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at 5p per share making his interest
100,000 shares representing approximately 0.22 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
