                               Additional Listing

Application has today been made for the admission of 50,000 Ordinary Shares to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. These
Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 50,000 warrants at
12p per share and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in
issue.

Dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 7 October 2002.
