                         Placing and Additional Listing

Application has today been made for the admission of 1,424,750 ordinary shares
in the Company to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of
the London Stock Exchange. These new shares have been issued pursuant to a
placing for cash at 25p per share to raise an additional £356,187.50 (before
expenses) of working capital. Dealings in the new shares are expected to
commence on 8 March 2002.
