Ministry of Sound Licensing Agreement Update


The Core Business, the innovative beauty brand building business announced on 29
June 2006 that it had entered into a licensing agreement with Ministry of Sound
to develop a range of personal care products.


Ministry of Sound has now notified The Core Business of its decision to
terminate the licensing agreement. Discussions on the terms concerning that
termination are ongoing.


Stirling Murray, Chief Executive of The Core Business, said:


'Although we are disappointed with the decision by Ministry of Sound to end the
contract, we have a number of continuing contracts with major clients and a
strong pipeline of new business.'
