The Company was informed yesterday that on 18 December 2008, Addworth Plc
purchased 2,020,180 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in Core ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 0.15 pence per Ordinary Share.  This purchase increased
Addworth Plc's holding from 14,528,200 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 5.73 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital to 16,548,380
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.53 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
