The Company was informed yesterday that on 27 January 2009, Matthew Cooper, the
Company's Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 2,500,000 Ordinary 0.5p Shares in
Core ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.4 pence per Ordinary Share.  Mr Cooper
now has a holding of 0.99% (previously nil) of the issued share capital of the
Company.
