                                  Board Changes

The  Company  is  pleased to announce the appointment of  Matt  Cooper  as  Non-
Executive  Chairman and Muriel Zingraff as a Non-Executive Director with  effect
from 20 November 2008.

Mr  Cooper  is Chairman of Octopus Investments Limited, one of the UK's  leading
venture capital fund managers.  Prior to joining Octopus, Matt was the Principal
Managing Director of Capital One Bank (Europe) plc where he was responsible  for
all  aspects  of the company's strategic direction and day-to-day operations  in
Europe.  He  led  the UK portion of the business from start-up  to  two  million
customers,  generating revenues of over £275 million and  employing  over  2,000
people.

Mr  Cooper holds Non-Executive Directorships with Carbon Search Limited, and  is
Chairman  at TDX Group Limited and 10Duke Software Limited.  He is a Trustee  of
the  Mental Health Foundation and served on the Board of Governors of Nottingham
Trent University from 1999 to 2008.

Ms  Zingraff  has  over 20 years' experience in the luxury  goods,  fashion  and
retail  industry  and has developed brands for international companies  such  as
Jimmy Choo, La Quinta and Paco Rabanne. Notably, she spent 8 years' in marketing
and  brand development for L'Oreal. While based in the Paris offices of Lancome,
Armani  and  Ralph  Lauren  she built up international advertising,  promotional
campaigns and PR events for their fragrances. More recently, Muriel was  a  main
board  director  of  Harrods,  where  she  was  responsible  for  women's  wear,
accessories  and  beauty  products.  Currently, Ms Zingraff  acts  as  a  senior
consultant  to  3i  Group  advising on their luxury goods,  fashion  and  retail
investments and corporate finance transactions.

Concurrent with these appointments, Mark Watson-Mitchell has resigned  from  the
Board to pursue his other business interests.

The Core Business was established in May 2004 by Stirling Murray to create,
develop, launch and distribute personal care and beauty brands. It also provides
consultancy and brand management services.
