("Chalkwell" or the "Company")

Change of accounting reference date and registered office

The Company announces that it has changed its financial year end to 31 December. The Company will therefore report on the seven month accounting period ending 31 December 2010. The change to the accounting reference date is to bring the Company's year end in line with the calendar year.

The Company will still produce its half yearly results for the six month period ended 30 November 2010, on or before 28 February 2011. However, the Company will then report audited financial information for the seven month period ended 31 December 2010, on or before 30 June 2011, and subsequently produce its half yearly report to 30 June 2011 within three months of that date, and its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2011 within six months of that date.

In addition, the Company has changed its registered office to 51 Clarkegrove Road, Sheffield S10 2NH, with immediate effect.
