AGM Statement

The Core Business PLC (`The Core Business' or the 'Company') AGM Statement 29 November 2007 All resolutions were passed at today's Annual General Meeting of the Core Business Plc, the beauty brands distributions, brands ownership and consultancy business. Chairman Mark Watson Mitchell told shareholders: "The integration of Amirose International Limited is moving ahead smoothly. We are combining our joint skills to develop further interesting brands, the first of which is anticipated to launch in April 2008. In addition, we are beginning to utilise Amirose's distribution facility to reduce The Core Business's cost base. The Core Business is making quick progress in moving from a consultancy based business to one where distributed brands provide the main source of income. The Elite Models Fashion beauty accessories have been rolled out to 360 Superdrug stores and the colour cosmetics brand is now available in 200 stores. There are further launches planned for 2008 and we are looking forward to a strong year for both Amirose and The Core Business."
