Teather & Greenwood Holdings PLC ('the Company')- Trading
update

The Board is pleased to announce that following buoyant
trading conditions in all the Company's revenue generating
centres, pre-tax profits for the six months ending 31
October 1999 are likely to be significantly ahead of market
expectations.

The Company will be announcing its interim results for the
six months ending 31 October 1999 on or around 13 December
1999.
