Notification of Holding


The Company has been informed by a fax dated 9 March 2001 that Aberdeen Asset
Managers Limited purchased 250,000 shares on behalf of discretionary funds
under management.

The total number of ordinary shares managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited
and its associated companies is now 3,341,500 shares representing 12.04 per
cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
