The  Company has been informed by a letter dated 1  February
2001  that  Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited,  following  the
acquisition  by  their parent company of  Themis  Investment
Management  Limited,  now  have  an  interest  in  3,077,500
ordinary  shares  which  represents  11.09%  of  the  issued
ordinary share capital.
