                           Increase in Share Capital


TEG GROUP Plc ('TEG' or 'the Company'), the AIM-listed cutting edge green
technology company, announces that on 3 May 2007 the Company issued 75,000
shares following the exercise of share options. The shares will be admitted to
trading on AIM on 10 May 2007. Following this issue the company's issued share
capital has increased to 48,288,381 following the exercise of share options.
