                    Notification of Major Interest in Shares


The Company received notification on 20 March 2007 that Pictet Asset Management
SA  has an interest in 3,703,300 ordinary shares in the company.  This interest
represents 9.734% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The Company received notification on 27 March 2007 that UBS Global Asset
Management has an interest in 2,603,700 ordinary shares in the company.  This
interest represents  6.843% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
