                            Notification of Holding



The Company has been informed by a letter dated 17 January 2003 that, as a
result of the termination of the investment management agreement with West
Midlands Metropolitan Authorities Pension Fund, Aberdeen Asset Managers
Limited's ('Aberdeen') interest in the shares of the Company has reduced by
162,000 ordinary 10p shares.



The total number of shares now managed by Aberdeen and its associated companies
is 3,291,228 shares representing 11.64% of the issued share capital of that
class (previously 12.21%).
