Executive directors share purchase

Ten Entertainment Group plc (the "Company") announces that on Friday 31 March 2023 its Executive Directors purchased the following ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") as part of the FY22 annual bonus payable in accordance with the Remuneration Policy as set out in the Company's Annual Report which was published on 29 March 2022. The Shares were purchased at an average price of 274p per Share.
