The Board of Teather & Greenwood Holdings plc announces the departure of Brian
Rowbotham, Finance Director who has taken the decision to pursue other
opportunities.  The Board would like to thank Brian for his valuable
contribution to the growth and development of the business over the last 5
years.

The Board is pleased to announce that Nicholas Stagg, the Groups' Chief
Operating Officer will assume the additional responsibility of Finance Director
with immediate effect.  Nicholas has previously held the position of Finance
Director of a fully listed public company and is a qualified chartered
accountant.
