The spouse of Derek Bootham, a Non-Executive Director of Teather and Greenwood
Holdings plc, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at 83p per share.
Following this purchase his beneficial interest in the share capital of the
Company is 74,998 shares, representing 0.26 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
