Further to the announcement released on Monday, 19 July 1999
it should be noted that application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange Limited for 113,448 Ordinary shares of
25p each ('shares') to be admitted to the Official List. It
is expected that permission to admit the new shares will be
granted on Friday, 23 July 1999 and that dealings will
commence thereafter, and not Wednesday, 21 July 1999, as
previously stated.
