Mr Gomez Roldan presents his resignation.
At the Telefonica, S.A. Board Meeting held on March 29th, Mr. Francisco de Asis
Gomez Roldan, member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, presented his
resignation and was unanimously thanked by the Board for the invaluable service
he has dedicated to the Company.
