of the Companies Act 1985, that as at 20 February 2006, FMR Corp. and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 9,883,019 ordinary shares in
the Company representing 14.44% of the issued share capital of the Company.
