                            Director's Shareholding



The Company received notification today that Stephen Davis, who as announced in
our Interim Results will be resigning from the board on 31 December 2006, sold
11,000 shares at 1831/2p per share on 13 December 2006.

Following this transaction, Mr Davis holds 54,730 ordinary shares of 5p each
representing 0.08 per cent. of the issued share capital.
