The Company received notification today that on 13 March 2007 Keith Stella,
senior non-executive director, acquired 9,760 ordinary shares of 5p each at a
price of 205 pence per share.


Mr Stella now has a beneficial interest in 78,324 shares, representing
approximately 0.11 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
