Telecom Plus PLC (trading as Utility Warehouse and UW), the UK's only supplier of bundled household utility services, announces that as part of its all employee Save As You Earn share scheme (the "SAYE Scheme"), the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities elected to participate in the SAYE scheme:

Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with an option price of 1,718 pence per share, representing the average closing share price 3 days prior to the 24 July 2023, being the invite date.

Pursuant to this, a total of 51,754 options over Ordinary Shares were granted on 17 August 2023, equating to 0.06% of the current issued ordinary share capital.
