                            Director's Shareholding



The Company received notification today that Charles Wigoder made a gift of
250,000 shares to the Wigoder Family Foundation on 6 February 2007.


Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 13,934,041 shares, and a non
beneficial interest in 2,050,000 shares. The total number of shares in which Mr
Wigoder retains an interest remains unchanged at 15,984,041 shares, representing
approximately 23.2 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
