                               Additional Listing

The board of Telecom Plus PLC will today apply for 240,000 new ordinary shares
of 5p each to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and
to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc.  The shares, which rank pari passu
with the existing ordinary shares in issue and which have been subscribed
pursuant to the exercise of share options at 11.25p per share, have been
allotted and dealings in the shares are expected to take place on 21 March 2002.
