Toad plc ('Toad' or the 'Company')


Relocation of vehicle security business


The Company announces that the operational headquarters of its vehicle
security businesses, VTD, is to be relocated from Runcorn to the Toad group's
Head Office in Mitcham, Surrey. It is anticipated that this move will result
in longer-term efficiencies and a net saving in costs for VTD.


The statutory consultation period with all staff affected has been concluded
and the relocation is underway. It is expected that this exercise will be
completed by early February.


VTD, which comprises the Toad Security, Sigma and Max Power brands, represents
approximately 20 per cent of Toad group turnover.
