Toad plc ('Toad' or 'the Company')
Further to an announcement on 19 October 2001, regarding the interest of
Newton Investment Management Limited in the issued share capital of the
Company, Toad announces that neither Newton Managed Funds Limited nor the
Newton Smaller Companies Exempt Fund has a notifiable interest in the issued
share capital of the Company.
