TG21 today announces the following purchases by Directors of the Company:

David Voss, a Non-Executive Director, today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at
a price of 4.75p. Mr Voss is now interested in 859,913 Ordinary Shares
representing 1.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Wilson Jennings, Finance Director, today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 5.375p. Mr Jennings is now interested in 784,921 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.96 per cent. of the issued share capital.
