MicroSalt® Launches PrimaryBid Offer & Files Schedule One form with London Stock Exchange

Tekcapital Plc (AIM: TEK) the UK intellectual property investment group focused on creating valuable products that can improve people's lives, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company Microsalt Ltd ("Microsalt") has launched a PrimaryBid offer to acquire up to £2.5m of new MicroSalt shares concomitant with and conditional upon its proposed IPO on the AIM Market. MicroSalt has also filed a Schedule One form with The London Stock Exchange plc with regard to its proposed IPO.
