Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces that on 12 January 2023, the Company received notification from Century Cobalt Limited ("CCL") that CCL sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company. As a result, CCL now holds 450,746,213 ordinary shares, which comprises 34.55% of the Company's issued share capital. CCL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Century Cobalt Corp.

Alexander Stanbury, a Director of the Company, holds 23.47% of the common stock of Century Cobalt Corp ("CCC") and Lester Kemp, a Director of the Company, holds 0.77% of the common stock of CCC.
