Holding in Company

CentralNic received notification today by Robert Pooke, who was a Director of the Company until 5 February 2016, that on 8 July 2016 he sold a total of 2,250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company.  Following the sale of the Ordinary Shares, Mr. Pooke has agreed with the Company and its brokers not to sell any further shares for a period of at least 6 months.

Prior to the dealing, Mr Pooke held 7,232,052 shares representing 7.6% of the voting rights of the Company. Following the dealing, Mr Pooke now holds 4,982,052 shares, representing 5.2% of the voting rights of the Company.
