Savings Related Share option Scheme - grant of options

On 12 October 2012, directors of the Company were granted options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("shares") under the T.Clarke plc Savings Related Share option Scheme ("the Scheme"). 

Details of the directors and the number of shares over which options were granted to them under the Scheme are as follows:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the options.

Options may normally be exercised during the six months following the Maturity Date at the end of the three-year savings period.  The Maturity Date is 1 January 2016.

Following the grant of the options under the Scheme these individuals hold the following beneficial interests in the issues share capital of the Company.
