Further to the announcement of the Company's preliminary results made on 10th 
March 2006, the Company can confirm that the final dividend of 7 pence per share
will be paid on 8th May 2006 to shareholders on the register on 7th April 2006.

The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 5th April 2006.
