The issuer has made the following correction to the interim results announcement
made at 07:30 this morning under RNS No.2878m

Correction
Following the announcement of the interim results for the six months ended 30
June 1999, Earnings per Share is up 93% to 10.27p, not 32% to 6.97p, as
previously stated.
