Investment Management Limited ('Framlington'), in relation to holdings in the
Company's ordinary 10p shares ('Shares'):

- on 25 July 2005 the Company was notified that Framlington had an interest in 
  4,834,794 Shares (12.10%);

- on 27 July 2005 the Company was notified that Framlington had an interest in 
  4,664,794 Shares (11.68%).
