The Company today received notification from AXA Investment Managers UK Limited
that, as at 16 October 2006, AXA S.A. and its Group Companies have a notifiable
interest in 7,014,381 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares'),
representing approximately 17.56% of the Company's issued ordinary shares. This
interest comprises a beneficial interest of 70,200 Shares (0.18%) and a
non-beneficial interest of 6,944,181 Shares (17.38%).
