Managers UK Limited that, as at 19 January 2007, AXA S.A. and its Group
Companies have an interest in 7,138,976 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company ('Shares'), representing approximately 17.87% of the Company's issued
ordinary shares. This interest comprises a beneficial interest of 3,472,882
Shares (8.69%) and a non-beneficial interest of 3,666,904 Shares (9.18%).
