T.Clarke plc announces the resignation of Barry DeFalco as Managing Director, UK Regional Operations on 27th August 2009. Mr DeFalco will be leaving the business as part of the restructuring of group operations which has been implemented following the strategic review which was completed earlier this year.

Russell Race, Chairman commented:
