The Company has today received notification that Mr R. Campbell, Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at 140p per Share on 25 June 2008. Following this transaction Mr Campbell is interested in 10,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.025% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
